I'm listening to the K-State football game which is a really late game this week (thanks to TV), so decided to work on getting some pictures posted.

Table runner made from "left over" flowers that came with a kit--that quilt is a WIP.

I made this for a great niece's new baby. Had a smaller version I kept on the wall of my sewing room for a long time.

This was an experiment in quilting in sections then sewing the sections together. It is a flannel quilt.

Here are a few more things I've done.

The hearts are fused --I stitched around them after the quilt was put together and it became part of the quilting for the quilt.

This did not photograph very well, but I took it today to my first great grandchild--Gretchen. I'd forgotten how tiny a newborn is--she is 3 days old. 5#15 oz.

I really like to do Log Cabin--this was a fun one to do. It is now "at home" with a friend in Africa.

Thanks--these were all "fun" quilts--I keep thinking I will use up some of the fabrics, but I think I buy faster than I quilt, although I do a lot of quilting.

WOW, beautiful quilts - creative & colorful. You've got the gift!   Great idea to fuse the hearts after the quilt is together & use their stitching as part of the quilting. Thanks for sharing.
