I like the fabrics you have for centers to make each one different, neat.

I think the solid yellow as it makes the petals pop out better and doesnt fade into the background

I have a beautiful dresden plate made for me by my grandmother in 1938. The center is plain, the petals are pastal colors and she made tiny button hole stitches around the outside and inside with black embordery thread. The centers are the back ground fabric. It is stunningly beautiful.

hmmm I am in the same dilemna I am working on dresdens with the 1930 reproductions. I thought I wanted yellow centers but then as I look at mine I like some to have red print or yellow print or blue print I love them all. I thought about black and since this is a group effort we are trading blocks I don't think some of them would like black as a center. I collect southwestern fabric especially Chile Peppers and one of my friends is PETRIFIED that I am going to have Chile Pepper Centers. lol. I told them we needed to have a signature fabric on it and she just about died it was SEW FUNNY. Post your pics when you decide which to go with. I like number two, four and the yellow.
