Yes you can post your block when you receive it from the person who made it not when you send one unless that person wants you too.

I would like your embellishments. I like to see other people's ideas and art. However, it would be nice if it was washable... Mine will be 2 twin sized quilts for the guestroom, which sometimes houses my grandchildren. Of course, if its too "artsy", it would always make great wall art to go along with the quilts!

Good thing the "photo or no photo" discussion came today.... I just made a photo of my first 12 blocks, ones I am mailing out today, included swapper name and block name, and was ready to post it.
I guess I'll wait a week before I put it up. Everyone should have received them by then.
So Carsey, Goldendog55, JaneCat, Joanelizabay, Monarchbee, Moonwork42029, Pgaines, PokerDiva, Shay1896, Shaysmema, and SewCornie... be watching for your blocks to come home. I also made one block for me... so that is my first 12.

why would you NOT post a picture? I'd be proud to show what I have received. Unless you hate it, but that's another story, LOL.

I meant that if no one wanted to see their block "YET" before everyone received their blocks. I love the block I have already received. It is just what I was looking for. I just did not want to influence anyone in making a specific block for my quilt. Keeping the secret till get all.

Yeah, I wasn't sure either. Which is why I stuck them on my blog and it lets the person go look or not. :)
I'd like to see pictures too, when those who receive them get the blocks and want to show it off. Granted, I'm certainly not perfect. lol
