How many days until June 29? That's my last day, and the end of this job. Next year I'll be the behaviour specialist for the school district and travel to all the schools. It will be very different to not have my own home school.

I am hanging on by a thread...getting tired..patience is running out...finals coming up...22 days of classes before exams...but it has been a good year...

Next year could technically be my last "full" year of teaching as I can retire the following year in Nov..but I will probably go at the end of the school year...but, it is great to know that I can go...

wow...where have the years...there are 3 or 4 teachers at my school that have been teaching for a few years that we my students and I taught them several years ago...

I'm counting down, but only because I'm so tired of the road construction I have to deal with every day!

I just love my sweet students, and I always miss them over the summer vacation. I always start getting excited when the end of the year is near because I have so many ideas that keep popping into my head for next years activities, lessons, etc. :D

Our last day is June 9. My students have their final exams from June 6-8.

After teaching for 32 years, I subbed this year. All Joann fabrics needed this year from me was one pay stub of a sub job and I got my discount card!

Retired in '95 but certainly remember those hectic days at the end of the year.
Our daughter is a kindergarten teacher in AbuDhabi and is counting the days until school is out and she can come home. The only time we get to see her is in the summer so we are counting the days too!

We've been lucky in a way that the weather is so unusually cool and rainy up here. Keeps the kids more focused. When it gets hot, watch out.
I really, really hope I don't have to move my classroom this year. Did last spring. What a job. Still finding things...

We love our head lunch lady! Your comment about the kids eating you out of house and home made me laugh. You all are an important part of our school systems, too.

Oh, and I have the sweetest class, for the most part, but they are getting rowdy!
Rain is predicted for all this week so we'll have our fill of indoor recess, it looks like..
:)

unlike you looking forward I'm not with the noisy tykes everywhere!
