I've used Twin Orchards Textiles several times now and the service has always been great. I don't generally trust purchasing fabric online, but Twin Orchards Textiles has a great feedback record on eBay. Not that I would ever need to use it with them, but I like knowing eBay gives me options for solving problems even if the seller doesn't.

Not sure if anyone has told you about
    www.equilter.com
I order from them regularly, quick service, beautiful fabric and their website is probably one of the best I have seen.
    give them a try.

Two I have frequently used are quilthome and thousands of bolts. The first is pricier but has free shipping over $50 and it has very beautiful fabrics.
Both were very prompt in shipping.

I have used equilter, hancocks of paducah, dakota quilting, thousands of bolts, and several others. I haven't had complaints with any of them.

I like E-Quilter. They have a big selection and lots of sale fabric.

Also like Keepsake Quilter and purchased once from Homespun Hearth that were pretty good.

I've used Virginia Quilters and service to Australia was excellent. So were the products.
