Hi There,
Just saw your question about the yeast. You might try kingarthurflour.com for buying your yeast. They have six different kinds. I buy the saf-instant red bag. My local community co-op sells it and it's great. I use it for all my homemade bread and anything that takes yeast. Check out the site - it's great - loaded with all kinds of helpful information and lots of free recipes! :lol:

Go to kingarthurflour.com and you'll find all kinds of bread recipes. They're great! :)
