I can't believe it.The weather is so crazy tis year.
I fell so sorry for all those folks...glad your brother is ok...praying for the rest of the town

Now it's 89. This really is terrible. My husband played a video online of people waiting for the tornado to hit with audio of it hitting the building and a few minutes afterward. Chilling. A lot of people have lost everything. Many people have lost family and friends. Praying for those involved. Also praying for those who have friends and family in the area.

I am from Carthage Mo about 17 miles from Joplin it was so scary yesterday. We took shelter at a church.Husband is in Joplin today to help relief aid.My heart goes out to all the victims.A friend lost their home.I have not heard from them hope they are ok.

Joplin is so devestated 89 dead and they are pretty sure there will be more They got a horrrible rain storm this morning with hail thankfully it didnt last long Last I heard may be more storms tonight in that area. A small town in Kansas was pretty much wiped out on Saturday but only one death there

Thoughts and prayers are with everyone. We had an employee that was travelling there to attend his uncle's funeral. Got as far as St. Louis and heard the news. The funeral home was destroyed and unfortunately his uncle's body is gone. Family is trying to figure out what to do.

It should be mandatory that all towns in MO and AR should have a town shelter that is safe. So many don't have basements, and there ARE alot of trailers. Everyone needs to be safe.

I live about 1 1/2 hrs from Joplin.They have lost 89 people already and still looking.I heard 75 % of Joplin is destroyed.I am waiting to hear about a friend who lives there. No word yet. Cell phones were down when I last tried calling. Please remember them in your prayers.More storm and tains today.Like they needed that.Mary
