SO GLAD you DS is ok. It is so sad that we are having all these terrible storms. We are flooding up here in ND. My car has to sit up on the hiway at our other place. can't drive down our road due to the water and mud.

How wonderful that your sis is ok. She must be devastated though, poor dear. I just can not imagine. My mom was born and raised in Joplin. I still have family there, but have not had contact with them since I was a little kid. One of my sisters looked some of them up years ago though and said they were lovely people. She is going to try and contact some and see how they are.

My mom would have been so upset with this disaster, but she passed away 13 years ago. I imagine she is greeting her family up there in Heaven if they were taken by the tornado. Her and Grandma, probably having a family reunion. Of course I hope they were spared, but with such a small population the chances are slim.

So Sad. Ozark Christian College has opened its doors to FEMA & its dorms to residents that need a place to stay. Lets keep all the residents & volunteers in our prays.

Thank Goid she is safe!!! I cant imagine what she is going through - and what you had to go through until you heard from her!!!

My prayers are with your family as well as all the families affected. Also a special thanks to all that are going in to help find survivors and doing the cleanup - they will be blessed. It takes courage to go into a place with so much devastation knowing that you may find people who didnt make it through!!!

Prayers for all!!! I live in MO also and there are many ways our city is doing to send help. Please participate in these donations. Who knows It could happen to anyone in a blink of an eye. I also have prayers going out for all the flood victims too. When does it stop?? I so thought April was the month for showers - its now almost June!!!

Thanks for listening...Keep up prayers and support!!!

Glad you heard from your sister and she is doing well. I'm sure she is shocked at the devastation. I can't imagine seeing it in person, as the news on TV has me in tears.
