Can I ask about how much fabric is needed for one bag? I know there is at least 2 different fabrics used. But was just wondering.... Thanks in advance.

They are very sturdy ... the fusible interfacing makes them strong.

All things wear ... and type of fabric you use will determine it's durability. And of course, how much rigorous wear you are giving this thing!

I actually used mine as a diaper bag. :) I did make it out of home dec fabric.

The one I made out of cotton is holding up just fine after about 6 months (I think that's when I made it)
