I will have it in the mail today... priority. I should probably take a picture of it prior to mailing it. :D

Thanks for doing that last row.
No problem. I'll be watching for it!

So, I go to my quilt guild meeting last night and they talk about how to put on borders. I realized I messed up. I am worried that the one I put on the Fairies quilt might not lay as flat as it should. My design wall is over a light switch, so quilts never lay flat. I just have never put on a 7" border before, so when it arrives, please see if it lies flat, please. I am worried. I don't know why I seemed to struggle with that border more than the previous ones, and it was the simplest. Here are some pictures of the borders...

First border I put on

The whole quilt... or at least what I could take a picture of...

Here is the other one...

I bought the fabric in a nifty little shop in Santa Fe, NM over Spring Break.

When you get it, you might notice that some of the embroidery is stiff. I started out using wash-out stabilizer, but after about half of them, I ran out, so I used tear-away.

It didn't all fit on my design wall

I think the bordes are beautiful! I can't wait to see the one I'll be working on in person. Great job! I'll let you know if it's not right, but it looks fine from here....

It is the fairy quilt I am concerned about. The crane border was measured differently. I did that in sections, so it was not one long piece. It should be fine. Thanks for checking when you get it though. I am still learning.

It won't be long now until we all have our own Round Robins back. I'm getting excited to see mine. I love the way all the others are turning out!
