We may end up in Quebec. Other hobbie is genealogy and have great grandparents and back all from Quebec]. Want to go to Canada in several places. Even with the 3 cats it has been fun so far. No yard to take care of!! And I am cooking from scratch again after 20 years!!
Interesting enough, we volunteer at the genealogical Society of Quebec City. We could be related... it's a small world.

Last month we were in your country and while in Tennesse we happened to find some info in a visitor center about the "Appalachian quilt Trail" I just loved it. Not much quilting fabrics in my part of Canada so it was like gold to me!...

There is a quilt shop in High Point, its Dragonfly Quilts on Eastchester Dr. It hasn't been open very long but is a very nice shop. I live near High Point--PM me if you have any questions.
