Put the label over it and nobody will ever notice it, especially that guy riding past your house on horseback!!

oh..I have cut them too small, pieced them on the frame (don't ask...I looked like a contortionist!), loaded the backing sideways (on someone ELSE'S quilt)...oh yes..been there..done that..will probably do it again! WHEW

Oh..and the one I had to piece on the frame? I quilted a pin into it! and it was a gift...SIGH

I always add my "practice" blocks to the back of my quilts. that way the seams are "supposed" to be there!

I've never made one mistake in any of my quilts  I usually stop counting after the 3rd one and they are usually along the line of a 10 min to sew it and 30 to unsew it kind of thing I've even got a 3yr old queen size UFO that I got 3/4 of the way done before realizing I switched so many rows that the only way to save it was to completely dismantle it and I'm still ripping seams out. It was for my best friend/SIL's 50th B-Day I'm hoping I'll be able to give it to her on her 55th in 2013

What a good idea - I'll have to remember that one!
