I would add borders until I got it the size I wanted. Lots of possible colors and fabrics. Keep us posted on what you do with them.:)

why not combine your sashing beweeen plain (or some animal print) and sashing that has designs in it.

There is so much green in the picture you could add several borders using the other colors too until you got the desired size.

You could add pinwheels or log cabin blocks all around it. Put sashing in between and use the colors you would find in the woods, the greens and browns. Be sure to show us pictures of what you come up with!
