At one point we had 10 family birthdays in a 6 week time period. It is a little less now. My first grandson was born on my birthday.

My sons birthday is Dec 17. Quite often the school Christmas concert was on that day or family and friends were overly busy that weekend. We always had a family Birthday for him. Then on June 17 or as close to the weekend as possible he would have a birthday party with all his friends. It was also a way of ending the school year. He got two birthdays in one year. Worked out great. Now he's 34 he does his own thing with his friends and Sunday family dinner includes a birthday cake.

OK... shall I shoot my teenagers now or later? Here it is midnight on Sunday, and I know for a fact the mailman did NOT "just come". However, my DD just brought me my SP Package. (LOL!!)

Thank you for a wonderful package, and I am sorry if you have been waiting anxiously for a few days for me to let you know it arrived! The fabrics are lovely, and the chocolate will be thoroughly enjoyed (as soon as it is chilled a bit). My camera batteries are dead, but I will post pics tomorrow.

Ok I have to apologise to my SP.. I have had this package ready to mail but I have been unable to get to the post office due to not being able to drive while taking these pain meds. ( my DH says drivng while on these meds if something happens they might charge me with driving under the influence. lol..)

However I am going to go to town today on my own and mail it. So you should be recieving it soon. My DH took me to the post office on sat only to find out they closed at 10:30 am.. What the heck???

As your signature quote states "It's never too late for a happy ending"! I know your post office dilemma too well as our post office closes every day from 1:15 - 2:15 and I always forget...can't tell you how many times I arrive and mutter to myself, "NOT AGAIN!!!".

Jeanette was born the 27th, my Mom was due the 24th with her. My cousin has twin daughters who will be turning 9 years old exactly one week before she is due.
