Really, does it kill the weeds? I ask because I have an iris bed which is half weed and half iris and don't want to hurt the flowers but would love to kill the weeds.
Did someone mention that you have to use 10% acidity vinegar to kill weeds? I thought I remember that being posted. And, where does one find that higher % acidity? Thanks in advance! :-D

I have been using the 5% acidity for anything I use it for and it works. Just remember it will kill the grass also so be careful when applying it to the weeds or weed.

Yes it does! I had little brown spots all over the front lawn where I killed the dandilions AND the grass! LOL Luckily, the grass came back. The dandies are gone! Yeah

I love this post.
I have used and recommended this to many folks over the years - we have alway's say you need a "Momma's Bath" and it reallly works.
One part Apple Cider Vinegar to three parts Epsom Salts in as warm a bath water as you can handle. Immerse yourself up to your chin, soak a cloth in it and lay across your face, relax. Soaks away aches, pains, and if you are sick, sweats out the toxins in your system. Towel off, jump into bed, and you will sleep like a baby. Works great when you have the flu, a bad cold, have worked out really hard and your muscles ache, etc.

I don't know if anyone has said this use for vinegar but it's good for bee stings. Soak a paper towel in vinegar and slap it on the sting. Works every time!!!! Also, one time my husband was cleaning jalapeno peppers and forgot to wash his hands, touched other parts of his body and was doing a jig, cuz the peppers were stinging and burning----all I could think of, was to pour vinegar over the areas, it took the burning and stinging right away.
