How much of the paisley do you have left? That is the next best bet or if you have some of the dark blue left, combine all the left overs into a piano - key type striped border.

I would buy a darker blue, not try to match what you have. Use the darker blue for your border and for your binding.
By going darker you will frame your quilt top.

I agree - a dark color for at least an inner border stops the action of the quilt, framing it and giving the eye a place to rest. OR you could be bold and go for a dark tone of the color opposite the blue on the color wheel...

It is a beautiful quilt and I can't wait to see the finished product!!!

Go to the "Thousands of Bolts" website and look for it. I found some material on there that I purchased over a year ago and they had it, lots of it.

i was gonna say the same thing a darker blue would be awesome and make the other blues pop out !!

I vote for a darker blue, I think it would make it pop. It's a beautiful quilt, what a great wedding gift!
