No "wow" in this for me. Just imagine the satisfaction, joy and calmness they AREN'T getting from what they are doing. I absolutely LOVE putting the quilt together and sitting and relaxing in the shade and putting on the binding by hand. They sure don't look peaceful and also....have you seen the quilts in the stores like Kohls and Target? They are nothing you'd want on your bed or to give away if you are a quilter and know how things SHOULD be done.

I'm a very impatient person but quilting has calmed me down more than anything else I do.

I have ordered several feet from Distinctive and they have all fit my machine, (Kenmore 19233) and worked very well. I do not have this bias tape foot, but..I will be ordering it, after I get my new machine : )

It is called a bias tape attachment. I found this one to fit my Bernina. http://www.berninausa.com/product_de...5-i38-sUS.html

I worked in a clothing factory for 15 years and yes those machine are fast. You were paid an hourly flat rate and also got paid piece rate. To make money you had to be fast. I wish I had one of those machines now.

I think I'm appaled but strangley intrigued as the same time. Kind of like dejavu and amnesia at the same time. I want the binding tool. (wondering how many words I misspelled) On second thought, who cares.
