Yes, I remember them also. Was fun licking and filling the books. My second job was customer service for Plaid Stamps. The things people used to get. Big things . they had the whole neighborhood saving for them. The stamp business was very big. Only quit because they moved the office to South Jersey.

I can remember pasting the stamps in the small books for my Mother. I still use a floor polisher she brought with them. Thanks for the memory.

OMG yes.my mom gave me hers when we were having our first baby(32 years ago)We got everything but the crib.I mean everything from crib sheets to bottles.Sure wish they were still around.

My Ex was a trucker, and some of the gas stations still did those in the early 80s!

I remember S&H green stamps very well. I still have the wood rocking chair that I got with them 45 years ago. It still looks great.

My mom would put the stamps in a shoe box and when the box was full I would lick and stick in the books, We had Blue Chip also. For single mom raising 2 kids these were like treats to be able to get something her budget did not allow. This opens up so many memories from the "good ol days"

I remember them. My mom collect3ed them too. When I got to go with her to pick out something from the store, I thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
