I found paper filters by EZ-Cup, I use these in the basket that came with the My K Cup. This seems to eliminate the sediments that were in the coffee as well as making clean-up easier.

We have the one that comes with the machine. It works great! I do still by my husband the K-cups, though. On work morning, they are just quicker and he gets a variety.

I bought a cup on that order from where we bought the Kuerig pot. They work good. We have been using it for a good 6 months now. A lot cheaper than buying the full cups.

I bought one of these at Walmart for my DD. It was less then $8 but I haven't seen them there in awhile. Check there first and may save some money.

Thanks for the information and recommendation. I'd seen the red one at Bed, Bath, and Beyond but had the other one already. Now I think I'll go ahead and get the red one so I don't have to pop out the part that holds the cups. And my DH and I love the Keurig!

Thanks for the info. I added one to my "Wish List" at Amazon!

The whole idea about the Keurigs is the convenience of making multiple, different falvored coffees. I have the original Keurig "refillable" and it's a pain to take out the "guts" of the machine to use the refillable, burn my fingers getting it out after the first cup is brewed, then cleaning it, then refilling, just to make the second cup for the waiting DH.

After reading the reviews on Amazon on the Solo refillable, I think I'll wait for the eKobrew version. Many reviewers said that the Solo one fell apart after a few months of use. Thanks for posting this, or I never would have seen the eKobrew one. These dang k-cups are expensive!!! (But I love the convenience)

I went to BBB and picked up the Solocup and so far it is okay. It is a bit messy to clean out when you are use to just picking up the old one and tossing it. I like to think I am doing my part for the landfills. I can now put the gounds in a can and then put them in my gardens. Win-win.
