Thanks ladies for all the info. I've been using Dritz or Fons & Porter needles and they just bend so easily. Don't know if it's me or the needles. But yesterday I ordered Roxanne needles. Can hardly wait to try them. You all are just great.

Welcome! I am still experimenting have tried just about all of them and I don't like the betweens. I'd rather use the sharps but the jury is still out! :shock:

I'd rather use the sharps but the jury is still out! : :lol: I have tried just as many thimbles and too cheap to buy the Roxanne thimble. Current favorite thimble is the one like Roxannes that clover makes.
