A few yrs back our neighbor asked if I make flags. I said, "No", I only quilt. This was given to our neighbor for watching our house and being there for our daughter when we are not home. I only have a pic of the pieced top. I never took a pic after quilting. I outlined quilted and fmq stars in the white area.

Just a wall hanging, but it kept me sane as my son went off to college! Thank you, Lord, and God Bless America!

I made this for a good friend. I think the pattern was Atkinson's "Tile Tango"

Here is mine. This is one of my original designs,
called "America Still Shines", which still is one of
my best sellers, even now. I originally designed
it in 2002 and my quilt group made 20 of them to
take to NYC in Sept, 2002. Four of us took them
and gave them to police precincts, fire halls, some
of the widows of police officers and firefighters, and
the Port Authority office that lost the most personnel,
33, on 9/11.
Have a Blessed Day!
