    Wow, I immediately bookmarked this...as I have lots of leftover shirting material from a scrappy shirt quilt I made for one of my sons. This is great...love your pattern and use of the shirts!!!!

    I wish I had known about this (memory quilts) after my husband died (my son was less that two and a half). I would have been a great memory quilt for my son to have of his father's.

    You did a beautiful job on the quilt...
    After my dad past away, I added his shirts, and ties to my stash.. The ties are all taken apart, and waiting for me to make pillows for the grand kids.. The shirts are hanging out.. I'm waiting for an inspiration on how I want to use them.. I'm just grateful that I rescued them before they were donated.. Yes.. I'm being selfish.. I'll get over it..
