Have fun!! I've never done paper piecing before so I could use a good tutorial myself. Looks extremely hard to me. Good luck at it and if you master it, maybe you can share what you learned.

I'm so glad you're pleased with it nP3 and that it got there so fast!

I appreciate that it LOOKS like a complex design but I've tried to make the instructions, charts, templates etc as comprehensive as possible in the hope that ppl who are perhaps a little less confident will be encouraged to have a go!

I have developed a method of PPing twisted log cabins using pre-cut strips, details of this are included with the pattern but as I realise many of us are visual learners, I plan on doing a You Tube video tutorial very soon. I'll post a link on the QB as soon as it's done.

And of course, I'd be more than happy to discuss fabric choices in more detail, though I tried to give some guidelines with the pattern. I can't wait to see your version, your colour choices sound fabbo! :-D

Thanks! Just had a PM from Ducky about this pattern. She has ordered one too! We are both excited about it. I love the way you did the page for the colors. Very helpful. One of my biggest challenges is color selection. I am also a visual learner so will be excited to see the tutorial!

Looks like a twisted log cabin to me. It takes me a little over an hour to pp one block -- easy but you have to really watch what you're doing. Sure is pretty when finished.

Wow, your pattern looks awesome. I am the member who took your idea and changed it a little on EQ7 in bright reds and blues. I would like to make it, but still don't feel right about doing so. Having said all that, can I too purchase one of your patterns? Then I wouldn't feel so guilty. How can I get a pattern?

Hi k3n.

Glad you are following this topic. Glad you can get it sorted out!

I'm going to start after the holiday with picking out fabrics.
