You just have to set goals and you can do it. I made a quilt for a wedding and ordered the fabric 7-4 and had it in the mail before the Labor day wedding. I made a Queen/King size and my husband had to hold it so I could manuver when I was attaching the bigger pieces together. Since I'm rather new to this, I don't know the quilt as you go but the Less than traditional method I used was kind of that way and eventually you have to put the smaller pieces together to make the whole and you will need a friend to hold it and scrunch it down unless you have a long arm machine. Good luck. As said earlier, you can still give the top in time and finish the rest after the anniversary if you just can't do it. So don't sweat it. remember, the faster you go the behinder you get ( and make more mistakes).

I hate to be rushed. That is when you make more mistakes so
if you just got the quilt top done before your anniversary then you can wrap that. I know you can do that.

You can do it-I know you can! I have a queen size quilt that I need to be done by Aug 6. It's the one in my avatar. I'm working on the last border now. I'll cheer you on and myself too. WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Sure you can do it. Love your fabrics. It will be beautiful and he will love it. Just think of the smile he will have on his face when he sees it and that will keep you going.
