It looks good as is, but if you want to add just a bit of something, then let it be in the quilting itself.

here's a wild thought--how about a greek key design after a border and then a final border? it's already lovely!

It's a beautiful quilt! If you need it bigger, perhaps a wide border in a small print in one of the colors used already would work.

What color do you want to bring out in the quilt top, make a wide border of that color.

The top is beautiful

Quilting helps too. Something happens after a quilt gets quilted. People often don't like a quilt top and then when it is quilted, love it.
