BYU is Brigham Young University in Utah. I watch Fons and Porter on their channel on Directv. Don't much care for Fons and Fans tho. Not the same without Liz.

No, I can take up enough of my time and get all the information I need from this wonderful site. I do watch some of the free shows online, tho. I love this board and how helpful everyone is.

I also like The Quilt Show. Many times I will think that it is not going to be interesting .......... But it always is. I learn a new technique with every show.
I did the HST swap with Edita Sytar along with Ricky , Alex and Margo. I loved it.

No, I don't pay to watch any quilting shows. I do watch a lot of free tutorials.

Several years ago before I found this cite, I joined the Quilt show. I used to watch a show a week. Now that I've found this site, I'm years behind in the shows. But I follow the Quilt Show on facebook and follow the daily blog. They have amazing teachers teaching their speciality. I have mobility problems and missed even our local quilt show. I love all the quilt shows they show us. The quilts in those shows are inspiring. The creativity is amazing. Without the quilt show I would never get to see these amazing quilts. Right now Alex is teaching hand quilting. Sharon Pederson (?) just showed how to do reversible binding (differnt binding) for each side. I think you can view a lot of things without joining.

Been tempted, haven't yet ... we have cable, not Direct TV, so I don't get any quilting shows. I wish we had some on PBS here worth watching, you'd think the 4th largest city in the US (Houston) could run new shows !
