What a wonderful way to spend a vacation. I bet you came home totally relaxed and ready to start life again rather than being tired from doing all the tourist things. Good for you!

I totally understand !! Our two weeks in VT is coming up and Lake Champlain beckons. Long quiet days sewing or cutting or planning--snoozing too. I cherish the days all through the year as the school schedule and meals and all the other things interrupt my quilting time. Love it so much!!

My kind of vacation, although I have never had one like it. I know you must have had a wonderful time.

I can totally relate--whenever we go on vacation, I make sure to leave enough room to take my quilting stuff. Quilting is the perfect vacation!

You draw a beautiful picture and it was so relaxing reading about your wonderful vacation. You and your DH made the most of your time. Will be awaiting pictures.
