Clutter really doesn't matter...your health does!
Get well first. Then you'll get your ambition back and will feel like organizing your sewing room. Don't be so hard on yourself! Hugs to you!

When I reorganized mine, I took all of my fabric and folded it in equal sizes and put the same color family together. Seeing you are healing this might be something you could do while sitting down. You would be one step ahead of the reorganizing game and would give you a chance to see exactly what you have and how much.

A friend of mine just told me how she stores her small pieces and I plan to purchase a shoe cube, 3 down by 6 accross. Fold the fat quarters or small fabrics and put them in there. She actually puts hers on foam board but don't think I will go that far yet. My room is the unfinished basement, lots of space but really messy and not organized. I have started though. Get to feeling better before you try to tackle it.
