Put pellon on each piece then put pockets on then ..

Put the inside together, then the outside. Then you put them to each other.

Please forgive me if I am a pest, but I have another question. I am confused on my pockets inside. Do I sew the bottom piece for the pockets all the way across to the lining? If I do then how do I sew the places where I stitch up to make the individual lines. Those places will pooch out with not an easy way to sew at the bottom to the lining? Does this make sense? Or are the bottom of the pockets not sewn to the lining just vertically to the lining to make individual sections?

Sew the bottom of pocket straight across, then flip up and start each pocket section at the bottome of the pocket (top stitching) take you foot of machine.

    No problem.

Thank you so much. So this is what helps to take in some of the extra pocket that extends past the sides of the lining. I am glad you are patient with me. I deal with several autoimmune disorders that give me brain fog, and I get confused easily.

No problem. I have a friend with lupus and sometimes her meds and flare ups aren't very fun.

I made mine today in a class at my LQS. From what I was told, there is a newer version of the pattern with much clearer instructions.
