I don't think that you are being overly sensitive.
Did they know that it was hand made and did you put a label on it?

People are people and some are just insensitve. Maybe not on purpose but thats just the way it is.
We all love it. Thats all that matters.... lol

I going to get a great-grand son in Nov. If they don't want it.... It's a beautiful quilt. I am still waiting for my neice to say something about the baby quilt I made for her.

Maybe they thought it was a purchased set because it was so perfect they couldn't believe someone actually made it. It's just beautiful and perfect.
