LOL I can't wait till you get home from work too, Deby!!

If the doggie in your picture gets it, it might look like that roll of toilet paper. :D[/quote]

I came home to an intact package, so as a reward Sally (pictured in my avatar), Dottie and Munro all got one of the yummy furbaby treats that came in my package.

What a fun box of goodies I got. An old canning jar (I love canning jars, don't know why), which made it in one piece, was full of 2 inch squares and a great Santa square. Also in the box were 2 Christmas craft magazines (guess my favorite holiday) 4 fat quarters (2 of them Mary Englebreit which will go with a panel I have), the cutest mouse pad that is also a pad of note paper and had a matching coaster and another note pad, a mystery novel (nope, haven't read that one yet), some snow man accessories, and -- not to be forgotten -- some pretzel M&M's and a Hershey chocolate bar. I recently tried the pretzel M&M's for the first time and I think I like them even better than peanut...and who doesn't love a Hershey bar, which traveled well despite the heat.

Many thanks for a fun, fun package.

Deby

Here are the pics of the goodies I received from from Lauriejo. Sorry Lauriejo, I forgot to mention that I also received a thread cutter ring. Will be a big help when I fly to my retreat in October.

Ain't this a cute little pin cushion

I received a great package today from Katvert.

There were 6 fat quarters in blues and tans, a cute sign for my bathroom, a wall applique (I had never seen these before around here), some thimbles and of course, my favorite - Candy!!! Good thing it wasn't chocolate as it was almost 100 here today! Thanks Katvert! :D

Yay! I'm so glad everything made it home in one piece and the furkids are happy too. Glad you liked the stuff, thrift store shopping was kinda fun actually, when you are picking up things for someone else that you hope they like. lol

Thank you so much, Nau Dee Gal. I love all the Christmas fabrics, especially the one with the butterflies. I love the red hat fabric and the book. And last, of course I love the purple and pink fat quarters of batiks. I am working on Christmas swaps of blocks and I am working on something for myself in batiks. What a wonderful package. Thanks again. Hugs.

Wow what a day today has been lots of good stuff being sent out there! Glad you didn't have to sit on the bench this month Sherry!

Well, that didn't go so well. I keep the biscuits inthe drawer inthe fridge. Well when I picked them up I found out that it had opened itself. I am thinking they got to warm or something, I don't know, maybe a bad batch or packageing. So I didn't get to make it :-(
When you try it do not use pam on the bunt pan or it will fall apart. My girlfriend found that out when she tried the recipe.
