    This may turn out to be very good for you. We can get into a rut and choose the same fabrics and colors. You now have colors you would never have chosen and may come to like.

    To me your colors sound boring. I'll bet she thought that jelly roll was new and fun.

    Maybe the colours need more of one great dominant colour for the others to sort of blend into? Bet it will be gorgeous whatever you do!

    That sounds like a jelly roll I had recentley and by adding a few more to it I made a lovely top.

    I don't believe there is such thing as an ugly. They will develop into a beautiful swan (treasure) given time. Just set it aside when totally completed and view it in 50 years it will be an antique and priceless.
