I see almost perfect HEXAGONS, not squares. Make those stylized medallion-shapes the centers. Frame each hexagon with a companion color; incorporate black to have some breathing space. Play with it before you commit to cutting. You will have a beautiful and exciting coverlet, maybe for a throw rather than a bed. This is a throwback to the '60's FlowerPower, so you might think Retro.

I really like this fabric. Love all those colors. Not sure what I'd do with it, but I think it is very pretty.

What does OBW mean?? Sorry new to this. I like the fabric, but I see a little girls dress for it not a quilt. Although the black boarder with black sashing would be verry pretty. U could turn it to a lap quilt and donate to local nursing home.
