I love your ambition, I lack the drive to follow a project through..I've got about 15 UFO.s..all ones that I love but I guess I love more to start another challenging pattern. I'm nearly 68 so I need to get busy this winter and whittle those numbers down

What a way to bond with your children. Love that they are interested enough to stick with it. Way to go Mom.

I'm doing the Farmer's Wife also and have 62 blocks done. I haven't worked on it for awhile, trying to finish other things. It is fun to do.

I started doing the FWS with the group with Honchey, but I couldn't keep up :( That quilt teaches you a great deal about sewing. Its a cool project and even more so doing it with your sons! I can't wait to see the finished product.

Good for you, Cristy, Ben and Chris ..... reminds me of when one of my daughters was engaged, and I found her AND her fiance in the basement, working on their wedding quilt. When I expressed my surprise at his skilled needlework, he said, "Mom always had a quilt on in our living room. I used to play under them; then I decided I might just as well learn to quilt if I was going to be around them that much." Keep up the good work! Your blocks are beautiful!

They ahve been sewing. Both have blocks started but with as hot as it has been the last few weeks here we hae been in the pool at our Y or some were other than home.

Most of those ones that I posted here were done at a retreat.
