Jay,
There is a swap section here in the main list of topics that you click on and then you can see all of the swaps that are currently being offered. The first posting has all of the rules and what the subject is. You then pm the host and ask to be signed up. Then when you are finished with your blocks you pm the host again and get the address and mail them JUST the way the instructions on the title page says to. That's it.
