Need help on making labels

Thank you Kathdavis, I will see if I can't make a group of labels with my name on it. Will those fade after washing though?

Mine have not faded. Just be sure to follow directions on the package because you have to set the ink in. Also, be sure to buy the ones that are washable. There are some that are not washable. I really like putting pictures on my label, so they know where the quilt came from.

What type of fabric can you run through your printer? Are you using a inkjet? How interesting.

They sell fabric that has been specially treated for this. You do use an ink jet printer.

You can use your own fabric, but it needs to be washed and treated with chemicals to get the ink to set :D:D:D

I use the ones in the package that I have purchased at JoAnns. I believe the fabric is cotton or linen.
