What pattern to use with this fabric?

Absolutely gorgeous fabric, love the colors. I for sure could never cut this into very small pieces. I would have to come up with a quilt pattern using large pieces. Maybe the 10 minute blocks using 10" squares.

OBW or Warm wishes. Anything els you can think of accent those gorgeous flower clusters. Some accent colors may be a pink (slightly lighter than in the print), the green and a purple to match the flowers.
What ever you decide is going to be beautiful!

Although all the other suggestions would be great too, I would love to see this done in the "four patch pansy" pattern, like in this album.

Be sure to look through the entire album ~ there are some FABULOUS quilts there, and the pattern is SUPER easy!!

I see HEXAGONS; Select 3 or four greens, light-med-dark, plus a couple pinks, plus a dark moody color for your complementary fabrics. Use 2-inch wide strips to wrap each doily design, which will enlarge each block to about 8 inches. I'll add a photo.

I would take a long ruler and cut on a diagonal right through the centers of all the large nosegays. Then I would cut squares from all of those strips, again, right through the centers of the large nosegays. Then take sashing and reconnect them so the quarter circles of large nosegay form a wedge in all four corners of my block. Simple and it would look great!

The fabric is so beautiful, keep the pattern simple to show it off. Maybe cut the large motifs out and use them for raw edged applique over a 4 patch of some delicate pink print and a silver on white print. Use a coordinating green for sashing.
use the small motifs as raw edged applique on a border. Don't line them up - just arrange them randomly around the edge.
