I love to applique and I've done that wrong side of fabric thing. I go along with the others here who say to alternate the blocks. It might give it interest.

I would just alternate them for texture and if asked it was done purposefully!

This will work. I know lots of people who use the "wrong"side on purpose. No one else will even know unless you tell them and point it out.

I would not do them over. I would alternate the blocks, no one but you knows its not right.
