I'm in. Can't wait. My treadmill is going to go into shock!! I'll weigh myself today. I'll be traveling to Denver on Thursday for a wedding (I'm in SF bay area). This will be a mini test that I can pick food sensibly and still enjoy the event. Okay, maybe a bit of cake!!

Just weighed myself. But will weigh again Aug 3 to start our contest. I just needed to wrap my head around actually doing something about my weight.

Sounds like fun! Everyone try to get lots of exercise. I have started riding my bike. Haven't done it in a while but started slow and I'm working my up in time and distance. Now I need to work up the courage to try a small hill:)
