That's right.Diets don't work,their temperary and if you lose fast,it will come back,and more will be added.I got to 250 pounds doing just that.Not good.If it isn't a way of life,it will not work.And like some one said,we can't just live on diet shakes and bars.That's just not healthy.I take multivitamins daily as we need them too.

I'd like to participate in the group for the encouragement but not the contest if that is ok. I gained back all the weight I had lost so I need all the encouragement that I can get.

I confuse easily-to whom are we sending the fat quarter?

Oh, I guess if I read your message we are sticking with Quilten Chris because Country1 missed the deadline? Right? That's too bad.
