The layout of your scrappy quilt is very pleasing to the eye (IMHO). More and more, I'm starting to like scrappy quilts. As soon as I can let go of my "need to be organized and matching" I think I will be able to make a scrappy quilt. Yours is truly pretty. Hoping for good health for your husband. :-)

Your DH will know how much loving work went into that quilt just for him; he'll be covered in your love, literally.
The quilt is beautiful. Will be hoping for more pictures of it and for encouraging news about your DH.

My thoughts and prayers to you and your husband for peace and strength and miracles (they still happen). I can see you have much love. Those grandchildren will stir up the 'joy and love pot' while they're visiting. Isn't it amazing how 'planned' your quilt is looking. I haven't used the "just grab" method, but this quilt has it going on... Am bookmarking this on right now. (HUGS)
