I have no templates. This block can be prepared without a template (precise measurement, cutting).We can from the cardboard also be made.I will do this.

How much do you need to leave for the edging? It looks like the backing is about an inch bigger on all sides, is that right?
cut the backing block 2" larger than the quilt block, 8" quilt block, cut a 10" backing block...

I see this has been answered, thanks. Just an FYI.. I had some 10-1/2" blocks pieced and I cut backing 12-1/2" and quilted each block as I went. Have fun
