I don't see the sewing machine. Otherwise, mine is close to this mess. Oh well when the weather cools down. I sew on the Dinning room table. It bothers some people but I live alone - so what! Raise them-up and they turn on you.

The only time I want to bring my husband shopping with me is when I go to a flea market because he's not at all afraid to offer a lower price (usually MUCH lower, and generally gets wht he wants!) I'm afraid to do that! Other than that I have more than enough time with him. He has been unemployed for way too long and I've had all the "together time" than I can possibly stand!!

I take my hubby from time to time...but he never discourages me from buying what I want. But shopping for fabric isn't his favorite past-time. Just like hunting for feral hogs isn't mine!!

My hubby does not like to shop...he wouldn't ever be caught inside fabric shop.

It is much better for me to take my DH inside to shop for fabrics. HE can usually find exactly what I am searching for, and in the exact shade of color that I need. I love it! He also has a zero intolerance for waiting.

I don't take my hubby with me. He is not really interested but he never denies me the opportunity to shop, especially when we happen to be out of town. I don't go with him when he shops for fishing stuff either.

Mine loves to go with me. I'm the one saying, "That's enough".

I would not leave him in the car if he happens to be with me but I know what you mean. I would not ask him to come to the store with me because I will end up with more then I need. He is an enabler.
