Same here, but I always feel guilty leaving him in the car waiting. He says it's no problem, but I still don't feel like I can "browse" knowing he is waiting.
I agree.
But I have to add, he never complains, just stops somewhere before so he has a cup of coffee and sits in the truck listening to the radio or has a nap.

I take my husband because I am not good at picking colors that go together. He says he is teaching our baby how to do it so when he gets old enough he doesn't have to do it anymore :)

My DH is terribly bored with craft stores. He is supportive of my quilting, but I do not torture him. I wish he could back into his model railroading.

I don't take my hubby on any kind of shopping. He doesn't have the patience. However, I will take my teenage daughter sometimes.

I love it when he comes along because he has a better eye for colors that go together than I do .I too love his company and his input.

Enjoy him while you can, once he is gone you can't bring him back.
Asked me how I know that.

William goes with me EVERYWHERE! :) He's great at finding the fabrics that I tell him I need for a project and doesn't object to whatever I want to buy...unless it's another old sewing machine...he's gotten to where he pouts about that a bit, but doesn't outright object!

Mine goes along for the ride (he doesn't drive anymore), to get out of the house (he's Mr. Mom). Sometimes he'll go in with me to "look" and helps pick out fabric when I'm stuck on which one to buy. Or, he'll take a nap in the truck. He's and "enabler" - "buy what you want." Think he's a keeper (57 yrs married).
