My Mom's Pineapple Upside Down cake...no box mixes...her cake is what she calls a 1-2-3 yellow cake...shoot...now I want some but I have to go to Weight Watchers tomorrow night...if I ate cake tonight, I would be stripping down to my birthday suit for the weigh-in :oops: :oops: :oops: ......my 87 yrs young Mom also makes the best rum cake...she's never had an alcoholic drink in her life, and I admit she goes a little overboard on the run sauce...lol...Naomi :oops: :oops: :oops:

I recently made an awesomely moist peanut butter cake with a chocolate filling - so yummy! I think we need to post recipes here also though - too many of these sound incredible! :)
