Welcome aboard from another Oregonian :) I live in Lyons which is about 25 mi east of Salem. Where are you? We have a group from this board that get together regularly and have a ball! We do one day get togethers as well as weekend retreats. Sometimes we all meet up at quilt shows. You can read about our latest retreat on the Events category titled "OR/WA FALL RETREAT"

Where in the Central part of the state are you? I am in Bend and belong to a small group that meets once a month at Sundance Meadows in Bend. We are from LaPine to the south and Redmond to the north. Would love to know where you are. Jeanne

Welcome from Lowell, MA. While you have me with all your families' names beginning with "J", my son and husband's name begin with "J" and my daughter and my middle name begins with a "J". So guess we're a half "J" kind of family. You will love this site. Lots of great quilters, great quilts and a family of quilters.

Hi, I'm an Oregon gal living in Vancouver USA. Just found this site today, as I embark on the Farmer's Wife Sampler with the help of a LQS. Hope the forum keeps me interested and I learn tips for same. I first started quilting with a computer group on the Prodigy network, and finished my first round robin quilt with a great bunch, the Newbie Twobies.
