Once I tasted Greek yougurt I couldn't go back to the regular. Chobani is one of my favorite brands.

It is more expensive and very thick, I find it keeps you fuller for a longer period of time, I like Chobani, but Dannon Oinkos (sp) is great too, and if you do WW it is 2 points I think....

an interesting thing about Greek yogurt is that it is considered a protein rather than a carb like other yogurt, so on carb controlled diets this is a good dairy food.
I also think that it tastes great! I use it on coleslaw and in salad dressings too-

I can't find fruit on the bottom yogurt anywhere around here. It was much better quality then the flavored yogurts you buy now. All have too much sugar and artificial flavor or worse aspartame. I'd buy Jello pudding before buying Yoplait flavored yogurt.

I get the Fage in large container at Costco. They also have the Chobani, but I don't want sugar!

LOVE IT. Much better texture. It can be a little more expensive, but worth it to me. I eat if plain and add fruit and a little agave syrup.

It's to thick for me, I'll stick with my blackberry or Raspberry Yoplait Ligt.

I'm now using unflavored Greek yogurt instead of sour cream
