    We lost our son six years ago, he left behind two small children. I have several of his old jeans. That would make a beautiful item to give to his two children . Thank you so much !!!!

    of course not!! i borrowed it from someone else :-) ... it was from a quilt pattern in a magazine from the 90's. I saw a quilt made from the pattern and then later was given the magazine. I cut the 8.5 inch squre for the pocket center and a bunch of 2" strips and just folded a small square in 1/2 and sewed that into the strips like a pineapple block (does that make sense?)

    too too cute! I may borrow your idea for my house. My liv room wallpaper is barnwood & roses, so pretty casual. :mrgreen:
