I really like that Best Press, stiffness without sticky build up. One instructor told us to spray on one side, wait a few seconds but then press from the opposite side. It seems to work very well. No stretching that I can tell.

I very rarely use the water spray, only when I can't get results through dry pressing. I don't want to risk distortion either. I use a travel iron, and the smaller size makes it much easier to manoeuvre when making blocks.
