I like binding - it means the quilt is finished and it is for me somewhat therapeutic to sit and hand stitch. I find sandwiching a quilt the most dreaded step of all

The sandwiching, definitely  . Small quilts I can manage but anything wider than my cutting table just turns me off. That's when I usually do one in panels and join them together after quilting. And can't do anything now without spray basting.

I find hand sewing the binding relaxing for me. I sit in the TV room and chat with my husband or watch TV.

I don't like sandwiching the top, batting and backing. So boring.

I do not like the sandwiching on a twin size or larger. I have tried pinning and spray basting and don't like either one. I love the handwork of sewing on the binding. I would like for someone out there to describe how they use the spray baste, what type you use and how you go about it. Even if you spray baste, you still have to crawl around on the floor. Even then, I still couldn't get it smooth on the back, so I went back to the pinning.

I'm not fond of marking the quilt top.

I am learning to use my Quilt-Binder attachment for my Bernina. I don't like to handsew bindings.

Although I have no desire to hand piece or hand quilt, I really LOVE hand sewing the binding. For those of you who REALLY, REALLY hate binding, PM me and maybe we can work out a deal!!!!!
